Taleemia Partner Programme

Earn from independent students anywhere in the world.

Pakistani schools — open one extra revenue stream: accept overseas Pakistani children, refugees, minority families and adult late-bloomers as private students. They study from home with full Taleemia support, sit their proctored exams, and earn your school's Class 8 certificate — and can also sit the 9th and 10th class board exams through your school.

Why this matters

23 million out-of-school children in Pakistan. Millions more overseas. Your school can reach them.

Overseas Pakistani families — in the UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, the UK, North America and beyond — want their children to keep the Pakistani curriculum and earn Pakistani certificates. Local schools are often too expensive, too far, or simply not aligned with their values.

At the same time, refugee families inside Pakistan, religious-minority families, and adults who missed school as children — they all need a real schoolto issue a real certificate. Independent learners can't do that alone.

Your partner-school admission unlocks both. Taleemia handles the technology, the textbooks, the AI tutor, the proctoring tooling and the global reach. Your school issues the certificate.

How it works

Five steps from sign-up to your first independent student.

  1. Sign up your school on Taleemia

Create a free school admin account. Add your school identity — name, logo, address, principal — in Settings. Takes 10 minutes.

  2. Apply for the Partner Programme

Open Settings → Taleemia Partner Programme. Set your monthly fee (PKR), one-time admission fee, and which classes you accept (Nursery → 10). Submit your application.

  3. Taleemia verifies your school

We check your registration, talk to your principal, and confirm your facilities. Approval typically within 48 hours. We may ask for documents.

  4. Go live on the global directory

Once approved, your school appears on the public Partner Schools directory. Overseas parents and Pakistani independent students can apply directly. Every application lands in your dashboard's Admissions inbox.

  5. Earn — every month

Students pay monthly through Taleemia (Stripe). Taleemia keeps 10%. The rest is yours. Admission fees are 100% yours. You retain full control of curriculum, exams and certificates.

The maths

A small school can add Rs 200,000+ a month with the Partner Programme.

Conservative numbers — Rs 3,000 / month per student. Mid-tier overseas Pakistani families comfortably pay this. Adjust upward for Class 9–10 board-prep students.

Questions

Common questions from school owners.

Are independent students our students, or Taleemia's students?

They're YOUR students. They appear in your dashboard, they get a school admission number, they sit YOUR exam, they receive YOUR certificate. Taleemia is just the platform that connects them to you and processes their fees.

What if my school is faith-based — can families of other faiths join?

Yes, every partner school decides their own admission policy. You can accept all faiths, or accept only families from your community. Taleemia does not impose policies on partner schools.

How much does Taleemia keep?

10% of every monthly tuition fee. Admission fees are 100% yours. Class 9–10 board-prep premiums are 100% yours. There is no extra subscription cost while the Partner Programme is active.

Can we accept Class 9 and Class 10 students?

Yes. You can pick any subset of Nursery → Class 10 in your Partner settings. Class 9–10 students can sit their Matric board exam through your school, or roll into AIOU Matric — both options are supported.

Who proctors the final exam?

Your school does, with Taleemia's proctoring tooling. Students can sit at a Taleemia-vetted invigilation centre in their city, or under a parent/guardian arrangement that your school approves.

What if a student doesn't pay?

Stripe handles payment retries. After 14 days non-payment, the student loses dashboard access. You and the family are both notified at each step. No payment, no enrollment.

Can we stop accepting new students if we're full?

Yes. One click in your Settings hides your school from the public directory without affecting your existing students.

How do I get paid?

Through Stripe Connect — payouts land in your school's bank account each week. You can also use your existing payment gateway through Taleemia's gateway settings.

A note from the founder

Praise the LORD — He has put us in a unique position to serve. Pakistani schools have spent decades building reputations. Pakistani families have spent decades scattering across the globe. Independent students have spent decades being left out. Taleemia exists to connect all three. By God's grace, every partner school we add brings a real Pakistani education within reach of a child who otherwise wouldn't have one.
