Plain-English Terms covering eligibility, accounts, billing, refunds and governing law for Taleemia and related products. Last updated May 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Taleemia(“Taleemia”, “we”, “us”), a web and mobile application and a product of Gerizim Digital Ltd. By creating an account or using Taleemia (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You own the content you upload to Taleemia — lessons, files, photos, videos, posts and any other material. By uploading it, you grant Taleemia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit that content for the sole purpose of running and improving the Service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, our community policies, or applicable law. Where possible we will give you a chance to appeal.
If you sell lessons, courses or other content through Taleemia's marketplace:
Subscription payments to Taleemia are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Direct bank transfer is available for annual institutional plans. All subscription payments are made to Taleemia.
Institution fee collection. Institutions may integrate their own local payment gateway (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, PayPro / Safepay, or a bank gateway) to collect fees from students and parents through the Service. In that case the payment is made directly to the institution, under the institution's own merchant agreement and the gateway's terms. Taleemia is not a party to those transactions, does not act as the merchant, and is not responsible for the institution's fee collection, refunds or disputes.
All Taleemia plans are quoted and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For transparency, our pricing pages also display the approximate equivalent in British Pounds (GBP) at a fixed display rate of £1 ≈ Rs 370 (reviewed periodically to reflect the prevailing mid-market rate).
Because Taleemia is a product of Gerizim Digital Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, all subscription revenue is settled in GBP. Stripe and our other international payment partners convert PKR to GBP automatically at the time of settlement, using their own published exchange rates and processing fees.
Important for customers paying with a non-PKR card: the amount that appears on your bank or card statement may be slightly higher than the GBP figure shown on our pricing page. This is because:
The GBP figure shown on Taleemia's pricing pages is provided as a courtesy estimate only. The authoritative charge is always the PKR amount shown on the Stripe checkout page immediately before you confirm payment. By proceeding with checkout you acknowledge and accept that the final amount debited from your account in your local currency may vary slightly due to the factors above, and that Taleemia is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
If you are a consumer based in Pakistan, you also retain the protection of mandatory local consumer-protection rules, and may bring claims in your local courts where permitted by law.
